The GTCMHIC Joint Committee on Plan Structure and Design is sponsoring the Consortium's second Maintain Don't Gain Program as part of the Consortium's wellness promotion opportunities for benefit eligible employees. This program will run during the holiday season, beginning November 16, 2020 through January 8, 2021. To participate all you need to do is click on the link below, complete a beginning and then an ending survey at the conclusion of the program. There are no weigh-ins needed. This program will provide you with some helpful hints to maintain, not gain during the holidays. All participants will be entered to win several prizes including gift cards and other merchandise.
