Our Annual Meeting will be held as planned September 22nd at the Tompkins Cortland Community College Forum Room at 5:00PM. In addition, there will be three formal satellite locations set up for your convenience. To meet quorum at this important meeting, we request your presence at one of the locations listed below. Please respond via by Monday, September 18th to let us know from which location you will be attending.
Please note, the Governor did not extend the EO 11 authorizing us to hold remote meetings. Therefore, we need the following conditions for a member to be counted towards quorum if they are not in person at the main meeting location. We will no longer be able to count your vote when you just call in from home. The conditions for your vote to be counted include:
- Members attending remotely from a satellite location must provide notice of the publicly accessible location from which they will attend as soon as possible, but no later than within 48 hours of the meeting for posting on the Consortium’s website.
- Members attending remotely from a publicly accessible location where proper notice has been given will be counted towards quorum.
- Members attending remotely
Attending from one of the following locations will count towards quorum:

- Town of Big Flats (Conference Room), 476 Maple St, Big Flats, NY 14814
